Cancellation Policy – Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Recently, we have experienced several instances where patients did not attend their scheduled hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions. To ensure fair use of our facilities and respect for our clinical staff and other patients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 24 hours before your session
If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may do so without any charge. You are welcome to reschedule for another available time.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before your session
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we recommend rescheduling instead of cancelling.
Each session may be rescheduled up to three times.
A fee of one third (⅓) of the session price will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation less than 12 hours before your session
If you cancel less than 12 hours before your session, the full session price will be charged.
If you have purchased a package of sessions, one session will be deducted from your package instead of the fee.
No-show (non-attendance)
If you do not attend your session and have not contacted us in advance to cancel or reschedule, the full session price will be charged.
For packages, one session will be deducted.
Late arrival
To protect the safety and experience of all patients, your session may have to be cancelled if you arrive more than 20 minutes late, and the full session fee will be charged (or one session will be deducted from your package).
Please arrive for your session 5 minutes early. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 25 minutes late, your session may be canceled.
Important Information
All packages must be utilized within six months of purchase, except for the 20-session package, which has a validity period of nine months.
Please be advised that purchased session packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, they may be transferred to another individual, provided there are no contraindications for that person to utilize the sessions.
Our right to cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a session if, in the clinician’s professional opinion, treatment is not medically appropriate or safe at that time.
If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative appointment, you will not be charged for that session and any pre-paid amount for that session will be refunded or credited.

If you book your sessions online, by phone, or by email, you may have additional cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details, including any cooling-off rights, are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
